1. Service Description
YAPI provides API aggregation and protocol format conversion. We receive your request in a unified format, convert and forward it to the relevant upstream model provider, and return the result to you.
- We do not train, deploy, or operate any generative AI model. All content is generated by upstream providers.
- We are not an official channel, authorized agent, or reseller of any model provider.
- Model availability, response quality, pricing, and terms are determined by upstream providers and may change at any time. The console displays current values.
2. Account and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction;
- Generate or distribute illegal content, including content endangering national security, inciting hatred, involving minors inappropriately, spreading disinformation, or infringing third-party rights;
- Resell, redistribute, or otherwise provide this service's capabilities to third parties for profit without authorization;
- Attempt to bypass quota limits, forge usage records, exploit vulnerabilities, or conduct unauthorized penetration or stress testing;
- Transmit personal privacy data, trade secrets, or financial credentials through this service (see Privacy Policy);
- Violate the usage policies of upstream model providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund and pursue liability upon discovering such conduct.
3. Fees and Credits
- This service operates on prepaid credits. Credits offset API consumption at rates published in the console.
- Credits are service usage vouchers and do not constitute a deposit, prepaid card, or any financial product. They bear no interest and are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
- Rates may change due to upstream pricing, exchange rates, or policy adjustments. Material changes will be announced in advance.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable. For refunds of unused credits, contact us via the channel below; we will process in accordance with applicable law.
4. Availability and Disclaimers
This service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Upstream outages, rate limits, bans, or policy changes may cause interruption; such events do not constitute our breach.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content. Generated content does not constitute professional advice. Verify independently and consult qualified professionals before relying on it in medical, legal, financial, or safety contexts.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on generated content.
- Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid in the 3 months preceding the dispute.
5. Intellectual Property
Claude, GPT, Gemini and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. References are for describing interface compatibility only and do not imply authorization or affiliation.
6. Changes and Termination
- We may revise these terms and will update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on-site or by email.
- You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
- This service may terminate for legal, regulatory, commercial, or technical reasons, with advance notice and reasonable handling of unused credits.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction.
